Hello and thank you for your time. My ionic pro turbo has the clean light all the time. I have cleaned it very well and still no change. I have reset it by holding down the power button and it goes to high for a secound or two then the clean light comes on. Any ideas? Thanks, Rich

I work for the Ionic Pro company. Make sure you are cleaning the ionizing wire too. If that does not help, please call customer service at 800-875-8577 and they will be happy to assist you. Thank you, Mary
Hi Slipdope... make sure that you are also cleaning the ionizing wire. The wire cleaning mechanism is on top. Just pull up the tab and pull the cleaner up and down to clean the wire. If that doesn't work, call customer service at 800-875-8577 and they can do some trouble shooting with you and replace the unit for you if need be. Thank you.
