I have entered my product key (found printed clearly on a sticker under my laptop) and every time the response is that the entry is "incorrect". I have checked so often with the factory-written code that I am fed up with it, but still can't make effective use of my expensive unit. And please don't insult me by telling me that my entry is "incorrect" when I know -- and others I have demonstrated the problem to -- all agree that my entry is exactly what is printed underneath.
