When I turn on my phone it brings quota usage warning

This could be due to a number of things. I'm going to assume your phone is the only one on this plan. Most smart phones have a way to check your current data usage from the settings menu. Check there if you have an IOS device it would be under Cellular. Depending on your carrier you may be able to download an app which will allow you to check your current data usage.

dont know if this is right place to post but anyways...

my cell phone when ever i switch it on gives a message "quota usage warning" with seconds countdown to 10. i generally click "ok" and it works alright.

due to which i am not able sms............

first of all : Quota Warning refers to the maximum limit of server disc space reached..
so, on phones, it refers to the maximum saved something - I do not really know.. hahaha..

a. try going to your WAP BROWSER, then clear the cache and cookies..
b. then turn off your phone, and turn it on again.. the warning should be gone by then..

it worked for my phone, though.. if it doesn't work, I would NOT RECOMMEND TO THROW YOUR CELLPHONE OUTSIDE THEN SHOUT LIKE HELL.. please be patient and better ask your mobile carrier center..

it means that you have so much files on the phone such that the quota allocated to the phones ram is not getting enough as it should. i will recommend formating it if it is a genuine phone ( i can help so do let me know)
On the other hand you can have it flashed by a phone technician

You need to subscribe to GPRS with your Service Provider: unlike normal GSM voice services, the charge is based on DATA volume and normally you need to 'agree' to Pay extra for your DATA usage either on a fix quota or on a MB basis as GPRS service is relatively quite expensive.
In any case, call your service provider help desk or consult their website for advise on how to enable the service... if you are a good customer, you can always ask for a 'free' trial for DATA.

my bet will be to try have the firmware reflash or upgraded not to sure about the clones......but try a mobile service center and see if they can help you out.

I have an answer and a question. First, I had the same problem with downloading stuff from my computer to my phone. I looked on the net for an answer and I found one. http://youtube.com/watch?v=kHFXnHrGmuQ. Since then I can download music and what not to my phone.

As for turing on the bluetooth go to entertainment, extra, bluetooth, and power on.

Now my question is how do I get into my MMS? More precisely, how do I delete the messages when it says that I don't have any in my inbox/outbox? It says in the pop up that there isn't enough MMS storage. In the memory status it says there are 5/100 for usage, 120K for used space, and 0 Bytes for free space. I only sent 1 MMS message and I have 1 missed MMS.

And another thing, when I turn off my phone and turn it back on the screen says "quota usage warning" or something like that and has a timer. I click ok and I am able to access my phone. But how do I make that stop coming up?
