upgrade your 302 to 502 need to replaced the toroid transformer, set of output amplifier, set of electrolytic capacitor.
Purchasing of these parts one-by-one is much expensive rather that you buy a brad new Konzert AV-502. Also upgrading the unit is quite tech and need a lot of experienced in electronics.

Vista always has sound card problem.
I had too because with my headset (microphone) It works through your sound card
but it works well now after I installed it as below

go to logitech profiler> right stick X-axis>axis properties>map to x-axis drop down menu pick mouse x-axis then repaet the step for the y-Axis.

right stick x-axis>axis properties>map x-axis to>mouse x axis. do the same for y axis. if you download the latest profiler. it has a tutorial.

older version has to be uninstalled first you will not loss your profile setting by uninstalling the older version.

Getting a new one.

You have to verify first with Labtec if you could buy the wireless adapter for your mouse separately. If yes, you may check the local computer stores like Walmart, Fry's Electronicx, NCIX.com, amazon.com, Best Buy and other common computer stores.

I bought this number pad and had the same problems.

I found this fix. download this from the labtec site. http://www.labtec.com/pub/techsupport/keyboards/usb_numpad_for_notebooks_1.0v.exe This worked and the number lock off changed from grey, number lock off to, yellow number lock on and back again.

This appears to be a later driver update.
