Looks like you're not the only one with this problem. Four of us have bought one and we're all having the same problem.
Think we've been ripped off.

Helicopter body keeps spinning

add small counter weights on copters plastic body just enough to allow motor to spin without dragging the body and spinning while in flight. check if motor's rotor shaft comes in contact with copter's body, make adjustments on it

How to correct trimming problems did what the insteuctions said and keep having the same spinning counterclockwise problem

Just bought the air hogs helicopter with the crane. Had the aircraft constantly spinning clockwise, no matter how much I turned the trim control counter clockwise the aircraft still rotated. I then turned the trim control in the opposite direction until I noticed the aircraft had stopped spinning, and used the rudder control to fine tune forward flight. So, get the aircraft to hover and turn the trim button in the opposite direction until you see that the aircraft spinning slows right down. If you continue to turn the trim control in the same direction the aircraft will increase its spin, so just dial back the trim.

World Tech Saturn-X - spins, rudder trim doesn't help

I know what the problem is, i had the same issue right out of the box. if you take the cover off the front you will find the battery. on the bottom of the battery is a 2-sided sticky tape to hold it in place, on that tape the is probably a pulled wire. theres red blue black and white (as well as a thicker red and black that lead to the battery. find the wire that is pulled and solder it to the correct part. for me it was the white cable which controlled the top blades. the helicopter spins because both set of blades should counter rotate and if one of the motors isnt getting power from pulled cable the helicopter will spin and flip. Hope this helped. email me at [email protected] if you need more help finding where the wires connect

Spins counterclockwise...already adjusted trim

This problem can be especially confounding because the way the copter distributes torque on a slick floor can be a spin opposite to what you see in the air!

The solution is to get the machine in the air quickly and make your trim adjustment based on that. The tail rotor is very sensitive as you know so you need to be working that stick constantly to acheive trim, this is part of what flying an RC copter is all about. A four channel copter is much harder to fly but your dragonfly can prepare you for this.

Air hog havoc goes up and down just fine, no steering control

The steering control only makes the copter rotate.

But if the heli is properly balanced a right turn should get you some forward motion. A left turn should just make it spin back to the left.

Adding weight to the front of the copter will give it continuous forward motion. Then you will lose the ability to hover.

If you visit the Air Hogs website (www.airhogs.com), select "need help" and then Havoc Heli, then crash course, the video will show you how it works.

I also find that climbing makes the heli spin left and descending makes it spin right. So full right for initial startup, then a little right when climbing, and a little left when descending helps to smooth things out.

Keep in mind that this is a very small and cheap helicopter. It took me a while to get used to flying in circles to the right but with practice I have been able to get it to go somewhat where I want it to. I can take off and land from the coffee table without crashing.

Spins out of control wont trim out

Have you tried checking the back tail? It comes down right under the rotor. If it is ripped, DONT TAPE IT! Taping will just ruin the weight balance and ruin it. If it is ripped, return it and exchange it, dont try and fix it.

Where can I get copy of instructons - Air SBEGO Mini IR Helicoper

have you made sure that the helicopter is charged completely?

if so when you try to take off if it spins to the left then hit the r trim on the remote and if it spins to the right then hit the l trim on the controller.

honestly all the instructions do is tell you how to put batteries in the controller.
