Start the laptop up in safe mode, remove the mouse driver and re boot the laptop. Windows will see there is no driver and load a fresh one. Assuming the driver that you have is the correct one, Asus use their own, it will work.

Its an asus pc 1018series need to re boot how can i perform it

Your asus netbook should have come with a White restore dvd. You will need an external dvd drive to use it.
Just put it in and it will boot to the disk and begin the restore process. Follow the instructions and you should do fine.
If it didn't come with a restore disk, You can Load XP or windows 7 from new media. Every driver you will need is provided at asus' website. You will need to load the xp version of the touchpad utility, as well as the chipset and acpi drivers, even if you choose to load windows 7.
I'm using I Eee PC 1000HE with 2 gig of ram and a single core Intel Atom n280 processor, and it runs windows 7 just fine. If you need more help, reply, and I will help as muh as I can.

How do i delete in wordpad?

Highlight the text you want to delete by holding down the left mouse button and dragging the mouse pointer over the text, then let go of the left mouse button.

Now you can just push the DELETE button or the BACKSPACE button on your keyboard.

Or you can use your mouse to place the mouse pointer on that section of highlighted text and then click the RIGHT mouse button once. Then select CUT from the drop down menu options. This will delete that section of text.

Good luck.

ASUS eeePC 900 Keeps rebooting at XP load screen.

You're computer is booting that's not your problem. Its just not booting into Windows which is a different subject, so a boot disk will not do you any good. You have some corrupted files at the Windows end not the start up end. The only way to correct the Windows corrupt files is to use a Windows disc. So you'll have to buy/borrow a portable DVD/CD player and a copy of windows. Once the Windows disc loads then its just a matter of clicking on "repair" when the disc asks..that one of the drawbacks of netbooks..If you have any questions let me know..

Asus eeepc 701 with xp mouse pointer stops working intermitently

It probably just freezes due to too many tasks. After all that laptop doesn't have a lot of RAM, it's a great device though, i have the same one.

Frozen Laptop

Can you use the keyboard? If you can then the mouse software is damaged. If you cannot use the keyboard then boot to safe mode. If safe mode is frozen then the problem is hardware.
