I plug my cord into computer and camera but nothing happens on the comuter so i can save the pictures what do i need to do
When I plug in my camera I get a beep and thats it. No pictures :-( I recently got a new computer and thats when the problem started. I've never had this problem before. Please help me! Thanks

You need the drivers and some other software which enable you to make changes to the pictures. You could go to this link to download the drivers and install it.

after you install the drivers, connect your Argus. after the drivers are installed double click your computer icon. It will display your hard drive (c:) and anything else conected to your computer. Find Argus and double click on it. Now you can download or delete pictures stored in your Argus DC-3185.

i have new computer with windows vista on it . was able to download pictures now i can't download as it now keeps saying not connected to device and all is connected. tryed re installing but says it is not compatiable with windows vista.
