How do I get the old manual switch out of the Viking VWH3010SS?

I have a SS Viking Vent-a-Hood, Model # VWH3010SS. I need to know how to replace the manual switch for the blower. I have a new switch but I am unable to figure out how to remove the old one.

Viking Hood Microwave and Convection oven quit - does it have a fuse in the oven?

Yes they do.

If you had listed the model number, we would likely have been able to point you to the appropriate Sharp service manual.

(Viking microwaves are just rebranded Sharp models with enhanced cosmetics)

Vmos200 microwave-set microwave timer goes down no power but when open switch is pushed in a little bit it works holding it in slightly

On these, this is usually due to a failing bottom door switch, or its mount. Sometimes the door can also get misaligned due to slamming.

The Viking VMOS200 is essentially just a rebranded Sharp R-530E-series oven. The R-530E service manual is here and it's helpful in working on your unit.

All the internal parts will be the same, but outer parts are cosmetically different.

Viking model VMOS200 after i put in cooking time and hit start, count down bignes and lights comes on but no running sound and no heat inside.

The Viking VMOS200 is a rebranded Sharp R-530ES. The R-530ES service manual is online here.

You almost certainly have a failed bottom door switch, or that switch's mount is damaged.

I'm guessing that's a VMOS200?

If so, that's a rebranded Sharp R-530ES (as is the Dacor DMO2420S) and its secondary interlock (bottom door switch) or that switch's mount is bad.
