Why does vizio tv m3221-b1 screen freeze up after 30 minutes of viewing?

I don't know the answer but your tv is actually more computer than tv and when a computer screen freezes it is usually because it has suffered a software crash and rebooting restores operation (for a while). While it is possible it is an electronic problem (something overheating perhaps) you shouldn't ignore the software possibility.

I have just change my bike. The Polar CS200cad worked perfectly on the old bike. Moved unit to new bike and now whenever my speed reaches 24kph the speed is "paused" and won't work again until...

As much as I hate to go straight to the 'reboot it' bin, if it's acting wierd maybe it needs a reboot.

I had a Cateye cyclometer freeze at a speed and distance once and it wouldn't respond to anything until I pulled the battery.

My computer runs window 7 and it keeps shutting down for no reason and also it keeps freezes for sometime.

Reboot the computer in "Safe" mode and run it for a while and see if the same problems occur. If it doesn't, then I would suspect it is a software and not a hardware problem.

If you think it is a software problem, reboot the computer into safe mode again. Now click the start button and in the search box type MSCONFIG

When the window pops up click the "Selective Startup" button and then on the startup tab. Deselect all the checked boxes, click apply and ok, reboot the computer normally.

Now only the essential services will load and no programs will automatically load. If the computer continues to run normally, then you can go back into MSCONFIG go to the strat tab and start checking a few boxes to start again, like antivirus and malware first. Reboot the computer and see if it freezes with those programs running....if it does then you know one of those is the culprit, if not click a few more on and reboot until you find the trouble software.

Dell Dimension 8300 boots up but locks up /freezes in any user area. It doesn't seem to be a hardware issue. System restore failed to resolve the problem. Prior to problem I accepted Java 6 update 18...

login via safe mode. hen run msconfig, deselect everything. reboot, then uninstall the latest pieces of software. run msconfig restore full services etc. reboot and repeat unitl resolved!

Also look at this blog post, it suggests a good tool to help speed up your computer, but also can be used to resolve issues.
