Try to make a direct JUMPER.Take an old electrical cord cable and plug it in the electric socket and the other end of the cord with 2 cables already peel off and jump the + and - to the + / - of the hammer and see if power on if so the on/off switch is bad and need to replace. If the problem
persist probably the motor is burn.

How do i reassemble my makita HR2470 to get the select lever in the correct place

Rebuild the machine, when you get to the last piece the lever. Put the lever in the hole pointing to 2 o'clock then applying a little pressure rotate the lever anticlockwise and when it gets to the 7 / 8 o'clock position it should press fully into place. Turn clockwise and it will lock into position.

Front windscreen wiper not working

ask your "local garage" to get off their lazy butts and chase the problem down with a test light or volt meter. were the voltage stops is where the problem is. provided the linkage is in working order the only way to fix this is the chase it down as such. it could be anything from a faulty ground connection to a corroded section of wiring to a faulted terminal connection

Hi, I have a JVM1490 that is dead. I have chased

There should be a "mini-manual" (tech sheet) hidden inside the unit
behind the control panel or hidden on the left side behind the grille, which is
very helpful when troubleshooting, testing, and locating components.

It *may* have the part number of the low voltage transformer, possibly on a loose sheet inside the mini manual.

Otherwise, you can find links to helpful exploded view diagrams and part ordering help here.

I recommend that you bookmark that link to your favorites.

There should be a part number on the label of low voltage transformer.

The GE part number will be something like WB##x##### and the Samsung number will be something like DE_#######.

The Samsung part number is almost always cheaper.

if the system continues to show this error after the case has been closed correctly, then check the connection inside the case.....if good then enter bios at startup and turn the feature off and the message will stop.
