SOURCE: "Memory is full. Please delete some messages."
Initially go to Internet explorer
select menu
select tools
select options
choose the memory tab
delete all cookies and temp files
If there are more messages in send items delete that too.

try to perform a hard reset and see if that will fix your problem. But before you do ill have tell you will lose all your information on that phone once its hard reset.
