You can replace the blades but they come as a set. you cant get a single blade. As for the shutter you just have to get it replaced.. I can help you find the spares online if you like..

If you have the blade removed take it to a hvac parts house or appliance parts house. Carrier may not sell you one? but may give the pitch and size, rotation etc. If you cant get the blade off remove the entire motor, it needs a puller to remove.
1) Open the top cover. 2) On the film advance gear, the shutter winding lever is attached to it. It has screw adjustment there. Unscrew the screw ( not all the way out ) You will need to adjust the wind travel and make the length of the wind lever ( made of spring steel) shorter and tighten the screw.
TURN IT OFF! You're gonna need a new fan blade! Motor MAY be ok, and hopefully nothing was damaged by the flying blade. Just happens but not often - you're just lucky.
