If there isn't an input socket on the radio then the easiest way is to get an FM transmitter that you can plug into your MP3 player's headphone connection. Then you just tune your car radio to the station that it is transmitting. These are available cheaply for MP3 players that use ordinary headphone plugs, but it may cost more if you need one with a special connector for iPod or whatever.
