This is a 60mm telescope. You can buy other eyepieces which will be better than the ones you got with the scope. They come in 3 sizes- .965, 1.25, and 2 inch.

All telescopes have fields of view that are about the size of the tip of your finger held at arm's length. (1 degree or so)
You will not find an instruction manual for that small telescope. However Meade maintains a web site with their manuals. Look under REFRACTOR for one similar to your telescope.
Bausch & Lomb Sporting Optics were purchased by Bushnell in the 70's. Bushnell continued with the Discoverer line. Try searching Bushnell online for the product manual. They still have many PDF's of older models that carried the B&L brand on them. Thos branded Bushnell are identical to the B&L model of the same specifications and configuration.
This is a 60mm refractor not much larger than a 50mm pair of binoculars. You will not find a replacement lens, unless you can remove one from another telescope of the same type.
