It is not a solution, but as long as there is oil in there, you are good. Just make sure you keep a good eye on it, just in case it gets work. Best wishes. If you need anything, let me know Bob. I am always here.

If coolant level was good and no leaks as you said...my next check would be the proper operation of the thermostat.

SOURCE: coolant leaking into floorboard on 1999 volvo v70

If you've got coolant coming into the car, then its probably the heater matrix which has a hole, either in the small radiator or a hose (Behind and below the dasbhoard). Invariably a nightmare to get to.

If you're using/loosing oil. Then check the tail pipe, if there's blue smoke coming out, the engine is burning oil. Usually valve guides or worn piston bore..

Cannot find antifreeze leaking on my 2004 volvo s60

Check your oil on the dipstick. It it looks creamy, then antifreeze is leaking into the engine. Another problem may be a high pressure leak when the engine is running and the antifreeze is hot (boiling out). Probably time to see a mechanic if you are adding so often.

Losing antifreeze but not on ground not in oil

Generally speaking, if there are no external leaks, odds are the engine is burning the coolant out the exhaust pipe due to a leaking intake or head gasket.

Lower manifold leak 2004 chevy

If the lower (intake) manifold is leaking, which is very common, then you should either have an external antifreeze leak, or antifreeze into the oil. Oil will not go into the antifreeze. The coolant used in this car (DexCool) does, however, form an oily substance on the surface over time. I would recommend having the antifreeze flushed out, and the reservoir cleaned.

Antifreeze in reservoir is black in color what cause this?

It sounds like there might be engine oil in your antifreeze. If it is oil, then you probable have a blown headgasket. when was the last time you got your coolant flushed and replaced? it could just be old antifreeze. Also, check your engine oil level.
good luck;

Losing coolant fluid, cannot seek no leaks, whats going on

Pull your oil dipstick out and check first that the oil level isn't high and second that there is no foamy substance in the oil. If this is happening the antifreeze is getting in the oil either from a leaky intake manifold or head gasket. Do NOT drive it this way as serious engine damage will result. Better news would be that the floor on the passenger side is wet and you smell antifreeze in the cab. This would be caused by a leaking heater core which isn't as bad as the other possibility. Northstar loses a qt of antifreeze every week. No drips leaks seen anywhere. Oil level is ok and water free.

Most likely the Northstar engine has a failed head gasket. These are notorious for this.Take to a reptuable shop and have vehicle block tested. If they dont know what you are talking about,go to another till you find one that does.

Theres oil mixing with my antifreeze, why i smell antifreeze inside my car while driving

You could have two problems. First, does the engine require more oil than usual, is the oil level always low ? Does the transmission lose oil ? Could possibly be the trans. cooler in the rad. is cracked. Usually with a blown head gasket you get coolant into the engine, or burn it. ( white smoke ) Has the engine ever over heated ? On the smell part, this could be the heater core is leaking. Have a pressure test on the rad. to try and help find the problems.

White and blue smoke ford fiesta

Your car is burning oil. This is most likely due to leaking valve seals. That would explain why the car is losing oil but not coolant.
