Just got the phone and i love it. just one problem. i'm with rogers wireless. the phone always has the "R" for roaming constantly on. this has never happened before with previous phones i owned. any way to get rid of it???? please help!!!!

Can you verify wifi is enabled? What do you mean phone dead? Charge phone first. Then is it android or Iphone? Checking wifi settings is different for both. Are you roaming? phone dial pad enter *22890 updates androids roaming on any tracphone and or sub tracphone company like straight talk, total wireless... More details and I can help better.
It is probably not your phone but your carrier. Contact them and complain!!
Sometime updating the "roaming feature" will help.
