My camera is a kodak C613 and even with new batteries it won't turn on. How do you download all of the pictures on to the computer

The camera is supposed to go blank when connected to computer.

I hit the "share" button and can then download photos, even though screen is still blank.

What helped my camra to get working is to make sure you have the right battery.
the kodak easyshare takes only AA/lithium,AA/ni-mi,kaa2hr,AA/zr6 and AA/lr6 and akline too. It does not work for durecell batteries.Hope I helped!
