There is very low incoming volume in my cell. I tried to reset the factory settings but I don't have password for the same. Can any one help me out for the same

generally, you need to turn off your phone first then try these steps provided below;

hold volume up + volume down + power button until samsung logo appear.

from the factory settings, use volume button to select factory/wipe data option.

Select yes on the appropriate option, depending on your phone model.

then select reboot.

1. Make sure your phone has been powered off.
2. Hold down Volume up key and press Power key at same time until the screen lights up.
3. Press Home Key to access Android System Recovery screen.
4. Press Volume up\down key to locate wipe data/factory reset, then press Menu key to access factory data reset menu.
5. Select Yes-delete all user data, then press Menu key to confirm wiping data from the phone.
6. When finished, select reboot system now, then press Menu key to restart your phone.
Every data will be erased!

go to the settings option and select the factory reset or master reset . it will ask for a password type 0000 as default . even if your issue is not solved then get the software of your phone updated from a authorised samsung service centre.

i guess problem is in your profile setting. you have unknowingly changed it. Reset Factory Settings.. this will make all your setting default.

Please reset your phone to the default settings- factory settings.

Send your phone to service, my nokia is dead too, so far 6 friends that have NOKIA TOUCH mobiles 5230, 5530 and 5800 all of them lasted around 6-8 months before the sound from incoming calls is very low with all the settings on volume set on high.

Things that will NOT fix the problem: Reseting phone, isntall up to date software.

check if that the volume of the earpiece is set on the maximum level.if it is then try to clean the earpiece and if it's not working change it
