Look also in the bios for basic boot options.

The fault could also be a failing hard drive (bad sectors)

Also, all you really need to get memory wise is pc2100, pc2700, or pc3200 modules.

Make sure that you buy in pairs, because you really don't want to mix the models of memory.

3 beeps points to the memory. Try re-seating the RAM.

I have had alot of problems with soyo mobo's.  Seems the drivers that they provide for the USB are crappy.  Best stick with windows default drivers.

error 200 sounds like a memory problem.  Replace the RAM and try again.
