When you bought your webcam, a software or driver CD should have been included in the package. Install the software first by inserting the cd/mini cd in your cd drive then follow the onscreen instructions. Read them carefully before clicking on anything. after inserting the cd, plug the webcam in a USB port.
Most webcams CDR King sell are plug and play compliant devices. Most of the time, you do not need to install anything. Just plug the device in and start using it.
I could have pointed you directly to the AO web cam installer driver that you need if you have mention the model number.
Anyways, the visit CD-R King's download site for its products, go to http://www.cdrking.com/?mod=downloads Scroll down below until you reach the PC Cameras category. Select from one of the AO series that match your web cam.
I do recommend you disconnect first the web cam from your PC before installing the web cam driver. You will only connect it during the installation once it prompts you to connect it.

Please, be precise. What kind of problem do you have? Having poblem enabling bluetooth device? Or your bluetooth device enabled and you can't transfer files?
If your bluetooth device isn't enabled, go to control panel and check if device is installed correctly. (bluetooth device mustn't have yellow mark).
If your bluetooth device have yellow mark in control panel, that means you need drivers for this device.
You can install drivers from your laptop's CD. If you don't get CD, no problem, download it here:

Follow installation instructions and you are done.
If you are not sure of the model of your webcam, look at the pictures to find the one that is the same as you're using.
The files are in Zip archive, so you will need an archiving program
like Winzip or Winrar to open them. If there is a manual that can be
downloaded as well, do so and follow the instructions.
Install the driver by running the setup.exe if there is one. Or, use
the Add/Remove Hardware wizard in the Control Panel. Follow what it
asks. If the Wizard asks for the driver files, just open the directory
where you saved your unzipped driver.
