Good day, i have a nokia n81, i already reformat my phone but still the same its always been reboot when im using it, sometimes it just turn into black, specially when im saving a file to my memory card, what should i do?

First make backup all the important files/data which is stored in your phone memory (C drive).And format it by typing *#7370# when your phone is in standby mode or follow Nokia Formating tips.I think that this will enough,but in case if this doesn't help Flash the phone.Thanks for visiting fixya

Forgetting paswords is the biggest crime these days and the punishment is reinstallation of the firmware. As if that is not enough, you will lose all data on the phone.

Please get the firmware reinstalled. Either do it yourself using the Nokia PCSuite or get it done from Nokia Care.

You need to connect the phone to the pc using the datacable. You need to have installed the nokia pc suite installed on the computer. so when you connect the phone, it will be recognized by the pc and when you open the My Computer window, you will see a nokia phone browser folder. open it, you will see two drives. one will be your phone memory and the other you memory card.

flash the phone or reformat it

hi,
do this but back up all your important files before you do reformatting of your phone because it will end loosing them forever...

1.switch off the phone
2.hold down *#7370# button
3.while holding this buttons,press the power buttons and switch on the phone
4.when the word 'FORMATTING " appears on screen ,released all of the buttons..
5.wait until its done..

put it in a computer.Use filesystem FAT-32
to reformat your memorycard.
Now the card will work again!
