I have a 561CJ030-C, and the fuzes seem to go out every year outside, replace them and everything is usually fine. This time, replaced them and it just hums and the fan doesn't turn. Do I need to replace the unit? If so, where do I get one? Can I replace it with some other brand? Or do I just need to replace the fan? If so, where do I get one...And would I be able to replace the cage that holds it too? Sorry for all the questions...Appreciate any help.

Hello,

I will suggest you first replace the fan and see if it will still last you, but if the unit is age, it will be better you replace the unit, you can get a replacement for the unit or any part of the unit at ebay, the site sells all equipment, once you order, it will be delivered to you. Check www.ebay.com

You can order for the replacement of the unit, or the fan, or any part needed from the site.

Take care.

Did you or previous owner add any electrical things like winch, radio amp or lights hooked up to that fuze? If yes, rewire so they run on their own properly sized fuze.

If no, you have an intermittent short somewhere. Get a schematic, figure out where the wires from that fuze go to get to the things the schematic tells you they go, then follow the wires looking for damage. If you cannot isolate wiring harness damage, run new wire taped to the outside of the existing wiring harness.

It is possible one of the things hooked up to that fuze has an intermittent problem inside. A way to find that is to run a separate fuzed power to the devices (ignition coil, EGR, fuel pump etc). on that circuit, drive it for a while and see if that fuze blows. If it does, investigate/replace that device. This requires major surgery on the wiring harness and is not to be undertaken lightly, this is a big deal and it is hard. Big problem is to make sure the reconnected wires are reliable for the next 15 years.

They do have a fuse. They also have thermal cutoffs and possibly a thermal flame sensor fuse. the main fuse would be near the control panel the thermal flame sensor is usually near the back of the cavity usually on the left side on the outside of the cavity.

Hi, I'm having a problem with my new dryer. We got this dryer about a year ago and for some reason in the last couple months, almost every 2 weeks the fuze blows. The dryer turns on but it doesn't...

Makecertain that your wiring is not exposed to anything. Be sure to turn the power off to the dryerand check the outlet. Also check to seeif your dryer cord is connected to the dryer right. Usually the outer prongs on the dryer are thehot and in the inner one is the ground.
