Ok I had the problem with ruud uaka-030jaz. I think i hit the wrong buttons when sent your solution so im not sure my response went to u. I checked the outside disconnect..says on the panel it does not have fuses inside. I checked behind the plastic panel anyhow and there weren't any. Did check the screws on the wires to be sure they were tight. I also was looking close at the contactor and there does appear to be some scorching under the contacts that are controlled by the spring loaded part. they rnt large marks but they r black. could this be bad?
