Can I turn the Logitech z-2300 to a 4.1 speaker system?

Hi,

I have the Logitech z-2300 2.1 speakers and just wanted to know if it is possible to turn them into a 4.1 speaker system by adding two more satellite speakers? And by doing so will I loose any sound quality?

You will need a separate pair of powered speakers to do that, plugged separately. The quality of the sound will remain the same on the front ones, the overall quality will depend on the new ones.

Hi, My friend left me his Z-2300 sub but lost the speakers that go along with the system. What speakers are the best replacement for the sub? which dont involve me soldering any wires!

I don't know which would be best but my recommendation to you is go shop around on the internet or in stores and find some good quality 2.0 (2 speakers without a subwoofer) computer speakers. If the speakers don't already have RCA connections it is easy to find a 3.5mm to RCA cable connector. Let me know if you want me to clarify that....audio lingo is very confusing sometimes!

I have a logitech z-2300 speaker system, one of the speakers (left) sound goes in and out and has been for a while, so is not completely blown. Is there anyway to fix this before its too late...?

its a problem with the speaker, if you could possibly change out the wire, I would suggest that cause there could be a break in the speaker.

If you can't do that then the speaker needs to be replaced.

Logitech z2300.

Make sure you you have turned on both of the power buttons the one on the remote should be pushed down and there is also one on the back of the subwoofer just above the power cord connection. Hope that helps if not just let me know

My right speaker from my z-2300 stop working.

sounds like a loose connection somewhere inside that particular speaker. You could open it up to check for a loose or separated solder joint. The safe option would be to return to place of purchase and exchange for a new set.
