Hi there, I own a HTC HD2 phone, which is under warranty. I have 3 major problems: 1. There is a problem with the sound. All the sound settings are on and ringtones selected etc, yet it does not ring when someone calls, beep when some texts or when a reminder goes off. There appears to be sound with video, though. 2. There is a problem with music. When I tried to test the sound by selecting a song to play, I found that the selection icon is just moving endlessly between the different tracks in a continous loop and I can't get it to stop. 3. My phone was low on charge and so I tried to charge it, but it won't take a charge. The battery icon on the home screen showed full, but when you click it, it shows the battery as virtually empty. My phone battery has now just died and I can't charge it up, so I cannot access it at all. If you can help with any of this, it will be much appreicated. Thank you. Regards Ryno
