My inbult smart cam is not working in my lg laptop..shows no camera attachedwas working few weeks back

It might be a cause of software which you download or some malfunctioning in the hardware, try resetting first before reintsallation of driver or replacement of the cam.

The camera might be bad. Try another one that connects to a USB port.

Just press FN+F10. It'll activate the webcam.

you should be able to get it back easily. by hitting Fn+F10 you can activate the smartcam again.

lg smart cam driver [email protected]

try 2 uninstall and reinstall the drivers and see what happens

check the plug also you might need to reinstall the drivers and or software it sounds like the files got corrupt.

Today my LG E500's Smart cam also stopped working after my battery was down too much. Didn't know what to do. And I didn't know about this Fn+F10 combination for the webcam.
My webcam works now after activating it by Fn+F10. However, I don't know what made it stop functioning.
