Hi,

Your browser itself is actually within your program files folder. You can find the browser also by going through the add/remove programs area of your computer. It's located in the control panel. However, there is an icon that leads to your browser right there on your desktop. Double click on that and your browser window pops right up

OR

on your internet broswer, right-click on the gray area at the top, and then check "standard buttons". Please post your feedback and Vote if the problem resolved as per your satisfaction.

On the right hand side of your browser you will see a symbol of a cog wheel which represent the Tool options of your browser.

The buttons along the top are multimedia buttons. They are shortcuts for your computer's music player software, and internet browsing. From left to right:

Back (usually for browser back button)
Forward (usually for browser forward button)
    Stop
    Reload Page
    Open Web Browser
    My Documents
    Homepage (for browser)
Email (opens computer email program, not WEBMAIL such as gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc.)
    Mute
    Sleep
    Volume Down
    Volume Up
    Play / Pause
    Stop
    Rewind
    Fast Forward
    Play Audio CD

I'm not quite sure what the next two buttons are for!
    Hope this helped!

    Try this.
Clearing your internet browser's Cookies and Cache
Internet browsers store small text files that a web site puts on your computer's hard drive when you access the web site, these are called Cookies. Internet browsers additionally store a copy of the web sites that you visit for faster loading purposes, this is called the Cache. We've found that clearing your cookies and cache usually takes care of a lot of issues. When you need to clear your cookies and cache, follow the instructions below for your browser and version.
    Internet Explorer 6.0:
    1. Choose Internet Options... from Internet Explorer's Tools menu.
    2. Click the Delete Cookies button, and choose OK when prompted.
    3. Click the Delete Files button, and select to Delete all offline content.
    4. Click OK when prompted.
    5. In the bottom right-hand corner of the Internet Options window, click the Clear History button, and choose OK when prompted.
    6. Click the OK button at the bottom of the Internet Options window.
    7. Close and restart your browser.
    Internet Explorer 7.0 and 8.0:
    1. Choose Internet Options... from Internet Explorer's Tools menu.
    2. Click on Delete under Browsing History.
