Startup on my imate jama 101 it will not turn on unless i plug it into the mains and when i do it comes up with the first screen for ages longer than normal and then a screen of lines,please help!

My imate shows blank dark screen.But blinks while battrey is put on.

Imet jama 101 mobile not showing imei no. hence phone not accept any sim

The only way is to flash your mobile.

BUT THIS IS 100% ILLEGAL WHICH MEANS IT WILL CANCEL YOUR WARRANTY

if you need your warrantly please go to imate authorized service center else just go the site which i said and start flashing your JAMA

I have flashed about 100's of imate phone and black screen or bricking never happend so don worry its safe

My imate mobile only screening window mobile

HARD RESET

1) Start->Settings->System tab->Master Clear->1234->ok

2)Press soft-reset for 15sec.

3)Remove the battery, Simultaneously hold volume(-) button and red hangup button, while still holding those keys, insert the battery and wait for the led to go out, release keys and device will hard reset

the 3rd option really worked for me

2)Press soft-reset for 15sec.

3)Remove the battery, Simultaneously hold volume(-) button and red hangup button, while still holding those keys, insert the battery and wait for the led to go out, release keys and device will hard reset

Mate Jama shows only blue screen.

i tried to update my Imate JAMA's rom to WM6, while i was updating my phone it went power off as it was out of charge. now the problem is this i cant switch on my phone, it dont even shows the blue screen, even my battery i fully charged. Is this because my Imate's ROM? which i was trying to upgrade? I need a solution plzz

IMate Jama shows only blue screen. Doesn't start.

I have imate jama and it has run into problem. It shows blue screen only when charger is plugged in. Without carger on, it switches off and doesn't even show blue screen. I have even tried the hard & soft reset but it doesn't work. Is there any possible solution? Who is the authorized service center for imate in Bangalore?

I have the same problem. The mobile show blue screen only when charger is plugged in. Else it doesn't even show blue screen. I have even tried the hard reset but it doesn't work.

if only blue screen is shown formate your phone or else try charging your phone battery externally and see if blue screen is shown.

I have the same problem and I also tried the 3rd option because that's the only possible ones and my imate wouldn't still turn on unless it is in its charger. Also after the blue screen appears (longer) the screen was changed into lines.
