The main difference, as I understand it, between London time and GMT is London time will shift for DST (daylight savings time) and GMT will not. Therefore, London time is probably your best bet.

mcdevito75 here, Most likely the digital part of your watch is for thetime in your time zone while the analog (hands) time is for a different time zone, (Lodon / New York) visit a small watch repair shop in your area for details.

Please make sure that you are in the correct Timezone. For example if you are leaving in London the Timezone should say UTC +0 London, Lisbon, etc.
To do this double click on the clock in the tray and set the timezone.
