    M300 power up stuck in offline mode. How do I fix this issue so phone operates.

    well that is the same problem for me. Myphone went through the wash for 35 mins adn has not return to normal instead it shows a signal message saying -offline mode- and does not have a SID card number ;??? what can i do???



    please help me!!

Error Message -

Troubleshooting tried -
Tried with Samsung service centers but no gain.
Master reset, Software reinstall, also tried to reset imei number.
Most of the troubleshooting was done by certified techs, if you could help to fix

I dropped my phone in some liquor and got it out immediately. I was then told to put it in some rice for a day to dry it out. Now whenever i turn it on it just says it's in offline mode and only the menu...
You please stop operating your mobile as it may damage your phone. If you give it to service they ll clean the board with a solution and then dry it in blower. This ll solve your problem. You need to change some IC if it is damaged. But you wont need it in most cases. Thanks!!

Offline mode
Offline mode is an indicator of water damage or moisture damage. This is considered physical damage to the phone, and one would have to pay the deductible if you had insurance in order to get a replacement. If you don't have insurance, check for upgrade eligibility.
