For some silly reason, the actual correct part for this only comes with the new muffler from the dealer. you need to go to a parts store and buy a universal muffler hanger to rig up. good luck!

Chrysler 2004 300m is the catiletic converter welded to the manifold, how is it removed

I can't see anything from here? I looked at an online parts book for a picture of one of your cats, this is what I found. I know from past experience with removing mufflers, clamp or not, they get rusted on there. I usually end up using a hack saw to get it off. Sometimes I have used a metal chisel and a 4# hammer. It's a pain. You have any experience with a cutting torch and welder?
I looked in my database, it didn't have anything, sorry. A muffler shop might be able to help you?

Muffler is rotting were it connects with the exhaust pipe what is a quick repair?

Some muffler shops use a metal wrapping that might work depending on the area that is rotting. Also you can try some JB Weld but not sure if the metal is in good enough shape to bond. You might have to replace the muffler if it won't seal and bond over the rotting metal.

Replace muffler on 1996 cutlass supreme

Not really.
You have to cut the old muffler off and reconnect the new one, either by pipe connectors or by welding it.

Tailpipe rusted off muffler, or Muffler piece rusted letting go of Tailpipe, easy fix?

Easy is a relative term. If you can get the remainder of the tailpipe off from the muffler, replacing the tailpipe alone wont be so bad. If it's in there so bad that it will take all day to remove, I would recommend replacing the exhaust from the cat back because it will end up being faster and easier. If you plan to keep the vehicle for any length of time, specifically ask for walker exhaust components; AP mufflers and pipes are a little cheaper but wont last.

Last night i ran over a road reflector that was on the road and a few moments later i hear rattling coming from my car. i look under and its the metal sheet on top of my muffler. how can i fix this?

Given that it is a 2005 model, there shouldn't be too much rust. Locate a trusted muffler/exhaust shop in your area and they can probably wled it back into place for a small fee (i.e. $20).

I was pulling out of my drive way and i put my sun-fire into drive and hit the gas and it sounded like something blew i drove down my hill and it progressively got louder, by the time i stopped the car it...

Quite honestly, seek out a trusted muffler repair shop nearest you. They may have to replace if it is too rusted ($100-$150?) or with any luck they can weld it back into place ($25). Not dangerous (unless it falls off) but definately annoying!!

Need to replace a headlight

Your car is equipped with headlight unitsthat house the headlight bulbs, which illuminate the road during dark drivinghours or bad weather conditions. You just need screwdriver and replacementheadlight to do this job. This is how to do it First you Open the hood of the Elantra and locate the damagedheadlight unit. Look for a metal band that secures the unit in place. Removethe screws surrounding the metal band using a flat-head screwdriver. The bandwill pop off as the screws are removed. Remove the band completely by slidingit off of the headlight unit. 2nd, Remove the headlight unit by pulling it out ofposition. Disconnect the electrical connector, located on the back of the unit. 3rd , Insert the replacement unit into place and attachthe electrical connector. Place the metal band around the unit and secure theband by replacing each screw. Use the flathead screwdriver to tighten eachscrew. Repeat this process for the opposite headlight unit, if necessary. Rust, rust, rust. Looks like my frame is rotting. Is this repairable? The body I can deal with - otherwise the car is in great mechanical shape. Can the rusted section be cut out and new steel welded in...

if you are talking about the section that the engine is mounted on you can replace the whole thing with a used one from a junkyard in most cases it costs 250 dollars for part not including installation not easy you will have to suspend engine in the air for this you need a special tool.
