My Samsung Behold Model SGH-1919 Has some problem

Usually that means you need to have your screen replaced if you have already removed the battery and put it back in and turned the phone on. I would go on kijiji and find a local vendor that will replace your screen or repair the phone. Usually most phone stores will do this as well.

How long have you had the phone?

Sounds like hardware failure.

If its still under warranty you could take it in for repair.

try turning phone on while plugged into the charger. Does this make any difference?

Try charging using a different charger. The fault could be battery or charger related. Might have just enough juice to start the phone but not the screen

Not sure why it happens, but my behold would start up and then turn off, start up and then turn off, cycling over and over. I checked internet and no one had an answer. Finally tried this and it seemed to work. When the behold finally gets to the first screen (with widgets, phone, ph.book, web, and menu on the bottom of screen) I pushed on the touchscreen menu button. I only had a few seconds before it shuts down and restarts. The menu screen popped up and I went to the "settings" and then "reset settings". It asks for a password (I used 12345), and then confirm password. This will reset your phone, but you will also lose info. or pics on your phone. Phone then did an automatic restart and my phone was back working. I was then able to restore my phonebook #'s because tmobile has an automatic phonebook backup. I hope this helps anyone with the same problem I had. Makes me angry that when I called tmobile they said no one has called with this issue yet I have found many people with the same problem. Obviously some type of glitch that seems to have an easy fix.

u need to reinstall ur phone's operating system. better u take it to any technician or samsung's service centre.
