There are a few things you should check.

1. Make sure the undeside of the deck is allow free rotation of the blade.
2. Make sure the blade is secure firmly to the shaft.
3. Adjust choke (lever at front of engine).
4.Does throttle cable pull carb linkage adequately?

Rv furnace stopped working

Quick call the installer to see if it is still under warranty. There is something wrong if the motor is being replaced every other year. Most of the motors should be lubed with fan turbine oil and not 3 in 1, nor detergent containing oils. If the wrong oil is used, the bearings will go south in 1 to 2 years.

Ran over metal coathanger, mower stopped ,removed coathanger and mower will not start, whats wrong ?

Souns like it may have sheared the flywheel key, this is a failsafe to stop it bending the crankshaft, remove the flywheel and check the key, it is alluminium, you may need a special puller to remove the flywheel as it is on a taper.

I have a 1993 volvo 240 ran out of gas fuel pump and filter are less than 1 year old i put gas into it and it cranks and want to start but it doesn't. i put 6 gallons of gas any advice

It depends on how far you ran it out of fuel. If you ran it until it would not run any more and then tried to start it again several times; you may need to bleed and prime the fuel system to get it started. You start at the line coming from the tank and move toward the fuel injectors. You have to loosen a fitting and have someone pump fuel until the air bubbles stop and then tighten. A friend once worked for two hours to get his tractor started after his daughter ran it out of fuel. This is why they recommend that you do not run a fuel injected car out of fuel and if you do to turn it off as soon as it starts to miss badly.

Stalls, with oil runing out the exhaust

you have a valve that is stuck in the open position head will need to be removed
then spray valves with wd40 and turn engine over a few times watching to see both valves open and closing, once that is working install head with new head gasket.this is caused by not properly storing the unit. gas should be drained at the end of every season and then ran to burn all gas off from carb and fuel lines once it quits remove sparkplug shoot a tablespoon worth of oil in the cylinder crank engine over for 10-15 seconds to distribute oil on cylinder walls and valves then re install plug now your unit is winterized ready for the next season

Husqvarna 65021 RS lawn mower, > 1 year old will not start

yea i think you scratched the cylinder. if there is not oil at any point then the engine will damage itself. and it wont have good compression. unless you want to attempt to rebuild the engine i would scrap it.
