Hi Kiran
First try to see is there any lock in your usb pen drive and see if its not locking the pen drive, because some pen drives comes with that option to protect usb ..if its not

Use the Registry Hack to Disable Writing to USB Drives
Here is the link .just download the zip folder and after opening the folder you will find a file just double click on it..

Hmmm...well..it's either mechanical switch on the drive, or it's an electronic switch in the system settings. do you have a manual on this?

How to done unproctet my pen drive:- my pen drive is show that is protected and i can not don any thing with it like copy, pest, rename etc... i have no option to resolve this problem now

Hi ramsaini59

On some models of pen drive there is a switch on the side to protect or unprotect the drive.

If yours does not have one then you may not have permission to write to removable media. This could be either through the operating system or a third party software.

Does this help?

Remove Write Protection

Try this,
1.
Check out if the USB drive has a small swich for write protection. If its there try toggling the switch.

2.
Windows can all write protect flash drives. Check out this registry path,

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\StorageDevicePolicies.

You may find a key here on the right side by the name 'WriteProtect'. If it's not there this would not be the cause of problem. If it's there, make sure that the value is 0.

Please let me know if this does'nt work.
