Hello tefal quick cup water is no longer hot only

remove the bottom screws and check the wiring if all hooked up then no quick fix return it.

If you are in a hard water area you may need to descale the heater element. Try adding 1 cup vinegar to 3 cups water and run the machine should clear up the scale. Rinse thoroughly before use.

Press the Hot and Cold button for 3 seconds,

The red indicator light will start to blink,

Release the hot and cold buttons and while the red is still blinking, press the and hold the hold water button, Once the desired amount of hot water is reached release the hot water button.

Now press and hold the hot and cold water buttons simultaneously for about 3 seconds.

The red light will stop blinking to the end of the programming.

NB the RED LIGHT WILL BLINK FOR THE DURATION OF THE PROGRAMMING.

Repeat the process for the cup quanity selector for the cold water.

ALERT :- Tefal Quick Cup can TURN IT SELF ON. Tefal know about this but it is a potential fire hazard. Mine turned itself on and dispensed the water reservoir over my kitchen. Dread to think if I had been out shopping what could have happened. Tefal know about this problem but are not doing anything to advertise the fault!!

press the hot button on off 5 times and on the 6th let it run a cup full. This will re set the temperature

It won't be hot it's like tap water. Did you see the drain for the furnace?

Very strange problem for an air conditioner. I think you've posted this is the wrong category.

This is in my opinion a design problem. The wiring connects to the spiral heating element via spring loaded contacts which only have a tiny connection surface area. These gets arcing deposits on the surfaces and will periodically require scraping clean. To get access prise off the silver top assembly which is a snap fit, unclip the circuit board and pull the plastic water pipe off the top of the plastic cylindrical tank. Then remove the two star screws from the base and prise it free. The whole internal assembly can now be carefully removed intact from the kettle housing but the circuit board at the top will need to be turned vertically and guided down the main body on the way out.
