How do I delete Weatherblink from my computer? I tried add/remove programs but even though it is listed add/remove says they cannot find the program.

If you perform a search via the start menu for the files associated with this program, any files renaming will show up there. You can delete each file when they come up and this should fully remove the program.

How do you uninstall a program from a palm treo 750?

You need activesync
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/en-us/downloads/microsoft/activesync-download.mspx

ActiveSync’s Tools >Add/Remove Programs screen lists all the programs that have been installed on your device. To uninstall a program, uncheck the box next to it and click on OK. To reinstall a program, click on the empty box next to it and click on OK. Do not click on the Remove button. Here's how to do it: If you used ActiveSync to install a third-party program to your Windows Mobile device, you can uninstall the program quickly from your PC.
  1. Make sure your Windows Mobile device is connected to your PC and ActiveSync is running.
  2. From the PC’s ActiveSync Window, click on Tools >Add/Remove Programs. This opens the “Add/Remove Programs” dialog box, which displays a list of third-party programs you have installed on your device.
  3. To uninstall any of the checked programs, click on the box to uncheck it and hit OK—ActiveSync will do the rest.

Reinstalling programs you’ve uninstalled Once you’ve installed a program using ActiveSync, the necessary installation files are saved on your PC. If you uninstall the program as described above, you can use the Add/Remove Programs menu to reinstall it at a later time. Uninstalled programs appear in the Add/Remove Programs list as items with unchecked boxes. To reinstall it, click on the check box next to it and hit OK. ActiveSync will reinstall the program automatically. Note that files in CAB format can be downloaded directly to a device and installed, so they will not appear in the Add/Remove Programs list. In addition, some freeware programs are installed by using ActiveSync’s Explorer to copy the program file to your device. Those also do not appear in the Add/Remove list. WARNING: Do not click on the “Remove” button at the bottom of the Add/Remove Programs screen unless you never again plan on using the program. This completely removes the necessary installation files from your PC and you won’t be able to reinstall the program by checking the box.

Delete from add delete at control panel

The only way to modify the add/remove programs list is to edit the registry. If you are uncomfortable doing this, get someone to help who is, or just leave the registry alone.
It's best to back up the registry in case you make a mistake.
To back up your registry, see this article.

On to the fun part. Follow these instructions exactly. Note: this applies to Windows XP only. If you have Windows Vista, please modify the question.
  1. Click Start, and then click Run.
  2. In the Open box, type regedt32, and then click OK.
  3. In Registry Editor, locate the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
  4. In the left pane, click the Uninstall registry key, and then click Export on the File menu.
  5. In the Export Registry File dialog box that appears, click Desktop in the Save in list, type uninstall in the File name box, and then click Save.
  6. Each key listed under Uninstall in the left pane of Registry Editor represents a program that is displayed in the Currently installed programs list of the Add or Remove Programs tool. To determine which program that each key represents, click the key, and then view the following values in the details pane on the right: DisplayName: The value data for the DisplayName key is the name that is listed in Add or Remove Programs.

    -and-

UninstallString: The value data for the UninstallString key is the program that is used to uninstall the program.
  7. After you identify the registry key that represents the program that you removed but which is still displayed in the Currently installed programs list of Add or Remove Programs, right-click the key in the left pane of the Registry Editor window, and then click Delete.

Click Yes in response to the "Are you sure you want to delete this key and all of its subkeys?" message.
  8. On the File menu, click Exit to quit Registry Editor.
  9. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Add or Remove Programs.

In the Currently installed programs list, verify that the program whose registry key you deleted is no longer listed.
  10. Do one of the following:
    • If the program list is not correct in Add or Remove Programs, double-click the Uninstall.reg file that you saved to your desktop in step 5 to restore the original list of programs in the registry.

      -or-
    • If the program list is correct in Add or Remove Programs, right-click the Uninstall.reg file on your desktop, and then click Delete.
