Hello lost my starview box last night tryed the codes but no fix yet could someone please tell should i be on NTL or TW (Middlesbrough Area) many thanks in advance

You will either have to re-scan for the channels or you need the codes for the provider your on.telewest,cw,or pure ntl.

ok try this to sory your problem out. Press menu, 1570 , on nagravision screen is EMU set to ON ?
press ok , code screen make sure this is in box . Provider ID NTL 5401,

Subject: Star View 3 The Box Super when channels discappear ;o) 1. Press menu then Factory Setting & Enter code 0000 to reset. 2. Exit to main menu & enter 1570 to get into the CASS SYSTEM & turn EMU on 3.
