My new SciPhone i68 does not recognize the memory card.

I have a new SciPhone i68. I inserted the memory card, but the phone keeps telling me it is empty. When I plug the phone into the computer TWO windows pop up - one (drive F) with all my music, photos, etc. and another (drive G) with nothing on it. When I try to drag files to the empty folder (G), I receive a message that there is not enough space. I am assuming this is the phone memory. However, the phone is set-up to save and play files from the memory card. It just keeps telling me the card is empty. I tried three different cards. Any ideas?

If you are using a micro sd card and have the adapter. If your computer has a sd slot put it in there and it should open asking you if you want to use that drive, open the folder to your card and place your music in the folder "my music" this way you can use the music in your ipod and also as a ring tone. Also if you download a free music editor you can cut your music for a ring tone and place it on your card. hope this helps.

Hello I have 16gb memory card in my i68 sciphone, however even though i have mp3 song stored on my sd card, when i access the audio app it says no tracks. also when i am browsing with WIFI it keeps saying...

Original I68 can read only 2Gb card. You may try to change phones operating system. There are new ROM's to upgrade I68 in net, but you must find, if it improve memory card capacity. Upgrade procedure is difficult and need special cable and application "MTK tools". Some I9/I9+++ (the same phone's board) has "16Gb" or "32Gb" sign on deck - this does mean that phone can handle with 16Gb or 32 GB card.

Music Player not working on SciPhone i68+

Im having the same problem!
i did find out though, how to play the songs on the music player.
Go to the "Documents" app and then pick "Memory Card" then chose whatever folder you saved the music files on, then click "Options" and the n click "Play".
there is a problem though, only one song will appear to be on the playlist, so u are going to have to go back into the folder and click on another file in order to ,listen to it.

My pc cannot recognize my sciphone I68 dual sim via USB Cable

switch on the phone, then connect to usb. on your phone you get 3 options, choose mass storage. on your pc, open explorer, and navigate to external disks. there should be 2 new ones; the first one is the memory card, the second the internal memory of the phone.
the drivers are 'generic' so no need for a cd.
