Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Try exiting the Internet, and turning your phone completely off. Once you have done that, try getting back online and logging onto facebook again. Now it should work. Good luck.

I'm changing ISPs and in trying to connect to the new ISP (Afrihost) disabled my router. Now I can't get into the default gateway for the router (192.168.2.1) to change it back, and I have no e-mail...

On the back of the router locate a small hole with letters "RESET".Press gently for 30 seconds and wait for reboot. Then log onto http:/192.xxx.xxx and start anew configuration.

did you already try to close all the 'windows' that are open in the phone (the small box in the right upper corner on the screen) everything has to be closed so you can start working with it on the computer. first close everything than connect again.
