click out the internet page. next log back on to your enternet page. click on tools and go down on enternet options. next click on delete and a box should come up. click on delete cookies and that will solve your problem.
did you already try to close all the 'windows' that are open in the phone (the small box in the right upper corner on the screen) everything has to be closed so you can start working with it on the computer. first close everything than connect again.
