You will need to update the drives. They are free to download. Many websites including Fuji, have them available. Just click, download, then double-click the file to install onto pc. Then restart pc, turn on camera, then connect it and you'll be fine.

My pc cannot detect my Fujifilm Z33WP connected with usb cord supplied. It used to work but now , nothing...help pls

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

My computer doesn't recognize my camera anymore

Norton has changed your registry...that's why the camera is no longer recognized. Solve your problem the way the pros do....use a card reader.

Canon hv30 is't being recognized on my vista computer

You may have used a different USB port on the computer. Try a different one.
Generally, any USB port would work, except that some devices create a "Virtual USB" connection that is configured with a specific USB port.

Need software for my camera

Hi...what operating system are you using, and did the camera come with the USB cord needed to to connect to the computer;
Also, if you are using XP or Vista, you should be able to plug that cord into your camera and computer and the operating system should recognize it....
Heres a link to a firmware update for your camera, if you need it:

Maxtor and vista

Try some other USB device (memory-stick, printer, camera) in the USB slot in the Vista computer, just to "prove" that Vista will recognize _any_ USB device connected to that slot.
