try turning you phone on, press ##626#, select NAM1, press ok
repeatedly until the phone restarts. When the phone starts, use the
last four digits of your phone number to unlock the phone. This should
work.
mines just shut off like when say im trying to go to ringtones its loading for a long time then it shut off and when im glin to camera it says camera error n shuts off metro pcs told me the only reason its turning off is because i have alot of ringtones so im gonna need a memory card
The unlock code is the last 4 digits of your phone #. (2) If you don't know it and you can turn the phone on go to menu>settings>security and the phone #.Use the last 4 digits of that #.If that doesnt work go to settings then phone settings and reset phone....repeat 2nd option.
