If it's not that then you may just need to update on the network. You do
this by searching for all available networks and then selecting any
other than AT&T... You'll get a message saying "request denied" or
"not allowed"... Then all you have to do is search through the networks
again and select AT&T. If you've never been able to send them then
chances are, AT&T need to activate the service.
There could be a data issue with your mobile network provider. You will need to contact them to get it investigated as it may need to be escalated to RiM themselves.
have u got the MMS settings from ur sim operator???
If not contact them and ask them to send the MMS settings. after receiving the same install it on ur cell and restart the cell
is your phone on auto key lock. this helps my phone so that the battery doesnt drain so quickly, ten hours constantly on it is sufficient for a new phone these days
That's issue pretty much similar to mine, i'd called TMobile Customer service and they patch me PDA/BlackBerry support which pretty much resolve the issue..Easy Fix. but first you will need to send picture from your handset to another cell phone Don't matter who is the provider as long as the receiver has MMS service, these will activate your device to SEND/RECEIVE it's simple process thou..
you need to update the software on your phone you can as an over the air update which i do not recommend or you can do at T-Mobiles website the easiest way to find is to go to blackberry.com and search for the version 4.6 curve update
Have you recently turned off your media package? Check your settings and make sure you have everything in order. Sometimes there is a place in your messages folder that says do you want to receive push email, and you must have yes checked in order for it to work.
When you are roaming GSM phones can fall out of sync with the AT&T towers. You can hard reset your phone by pulling the battery out while it is still on and this forces the device to resync. If the problem continues you need to contact AT&T so they can update your phone on the network; something only they can do.
