Compatibility Wizard
1. Open the Program Compatibility Wizard by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Programs, and then clicking Use an older program with this version of Windows.
2. Follow the instructions in the wizard.
If you cannot install a program, insert the installation disc for the program and, using the wizard, browse to the program's setup file, usually called Setup.exe, Install.exe, or something similar. The wizard is not designed to work on programs that have an .msi file name extension.
To change compatibility settings manually for a program, right-click the icon for the program, click Properties, and then click the Compatibility tab.

Trying to load American Greetings CreataCard Platinum 7 on my computer with Vista windows and when it gets to true type fonts it stops and won't load. Can you tell me what is happening?

This software will need to be ran in compatibility mode as it was designed for Windows XP and will not work properly on Vista without running it in compatibility mode. Follow Microsoft's instructions here:

Nero - Burning Rom has a known compatibility issue with this version of Windows. For an update that is compatible with this version of Windows, contact Ahead Software.

Hi,
If your trying to install Nero 6 on a Vista there is no point as it does not support Nero 6, your better off installing Nero 8 or 9 as Vista does support them.
