When I power up my laptop, the Windows screen is bright red (instead of black) and after logging on the screen then has a bright pink color (instead of blue) This problem started yesterday.

A pink or red screen which may gradually turn back to it's appropriate color indicates the lcd is going out. It could last quite some time in tht condition, but it's going. replacement isn't too bad though.

When I press power on my laptop the screen is red. It loads up to the password screen to windows with the red still there and all my pics show up red and distorted. How do i fix this? I have tried everything on desktop.
