The screen is glitchy. All screens, ingame or just on the loading screen ... it is glitching, colors and pixels.

sounds like the video card is dying. I was able to hold off on one dying by downloading a fan controller that kept the machine cooler, but with the age of the G4, it's likely damaged. Consider replacing or the fan controller.

try uninstalling the camera driver and reinstalling it from the camera manufacturing web site
you could also try right clicking on the camera icon , then clicking on properties and then the compatibility tab
click on the box high light your win system , apply then ok

Was there any physical damage from a fall or water? What is the model and what is the age?

You should probably shut down the computer every night.

I assume this is related to your LCD monitor.
I think you mean dead pixels. The LCD monitor has tiny pixel elements, one for each red, blue, green color and each one of these colored pixels are turnes on by a transistor. When a transistor fails then the colored pixel it controls does not light up. This is a dead pixel and it shows up as a tiny black dot.
If the screen displays a blue screen, a dead blue pixel will appear as a tiny black dot in the blue screen.
You normally would not notice a few dead pixels unless they are grouped together.

PC noise, my guess the HDD seeking the windows files,... no less.
PC is vintage 2005, with integrated Graphics chip.
if I had screen say, 2004 year made to now, id push the menu button on unstated screen and see OSD to see if its
distorted, (glitch) and if is the Display is failing , if it looks ok
the PC is failing.
define glitchy? or show photos. the helpers here are all blind.

Well I think that the gamepack is broken or it might be due to this glitch on catching missingno that glitch can messup the gamepack then so buy a new one.

Well Jim, this could be a couple of things, a simple driver glitch, or a dead pixel area. Let's hope for the driver glitch. Start by uninstalling the video drivers from the device manager, then reboot. The machine will find the screen and reinstall the video drivers. Then readjust the screen resolution in the display properties. If the problem persists, then I'm afraid you have a dead pixel area. This will be caused due to a bad screen inverter or bad screen, then the inverter or screen will have to be replaced. It's very rare, but occasionally a loose or bad connector can cause this. You might also check the screen connections for a loose connection or a little dirt/corrrosion build up.
