Drivers and getting picts off camera

My husband tried to install the drivers off the disk it came with but found they where the wrong drivers for them camera's and we can not get the pics of the camera.

I have the same problem

I know someone who can solve this problem

i cant download my pictures on my computer i have lost my disk so how would i be able to dowload the pictures without the disk

MY DAUGHTER LOST THE CD ROM THAT CAME WITH THE CAMERA....SO MY PC WON'T INSTALL THE THING...LOL...WHAT DO I DO?

i sent email to get drivers for my model number16380 and they sent them to me but still can't get pics of my camera

I have the same problems, I bought 3 cameras for the kids.
Solution: Nuke China and their shitty manufacturing.

there is no use in nuking china.. coz the technology has been sent from our country itself.. so forget that get a check with this.. try installing the driver and the software provided with the camera.. the sofware shud help you.. get the software and the driver below:
