I have a vintage Murray Riding Mower, model number is missing has three blades each blade is 15.5 inches Need belt diagram to install both belts to deck

If you have info numbers off the engine, usually found stamped on the top front area, it should at least give you an approx. year.
Sometimes there is a belt diagram under the foot rest area.
Worst case : The belts always fit/sit with the flat part to the flat pulleys and the v part of the belt to the v pulleys.

Have a Murray rider model # 465306X8b need to replace blades. What blade manufacturers make a replacement blade and what would be their part numbers ? Thanks , Bruce

The part number for the blades is: 056631E701MA
I referenced it here. Unfortunately, this online vendor lists the blades as unavailable. You will just have to get all the dimensions on them and compare shop. Here is the deck parts:

Manufacturers like Stens and Oregon and others make blades. It would help if I knew what size they were. Compare YOUR blades to the ones listed here.

I need a diagram of how the drive belt is put on

4015 HTX is a Victa with a 15hp briggs and stratton engine normallu with a twin blade 40in deck. These were badge engineered Noma mowers and essentially equivalent to murrays made at the same time. Check diagrams for murray decks to find one with the same deck configuration.

This is in .pdf format so you must have Adobe Reader or equivalent available.
FYI: Murray remnants have been bought by Briggs & Stratton so engine parts are no problem, everything else is sketchy.

Murray riding lawnmower motion belt routing

I need your model # took look it up , I am a Murray dealer.
The thing to rember there are two kinds of idler pulleys flat idlers that ride on the back side of belts and v pulleys that ride inside the belt . wont be back to the shop until the feb 10.

If you do not have or cannot locate your Owner's Manual, you can go to the above link (copy and paste it into your address bar) There you can download the manual. It has step-by-step instructions for replacing all the belts as well as a lot of other good information.

You can print it out and/or save it to your computer for future reference.
