Why won't facebook open on my i pod touch 4th generation

It's likely that the version of the Facebook app you are using is too new for your operating system. Try deleting it and reinstalling it.

I have an I-Pod touch and all off a sudden CCS stopped sync with my facebook acc ,i have checked both fb + i-pod settings which both enable access for each other but it doesnt help , how can i fix this ?

try updating your I-pod on the iTunes software on your computer if that doesn't work back up your I-pod on the iTunes and then reset your I-pod to factory settings. now if you backed your I-pod up properly then log back into your I-pod with your iTunes account and plug it into your computer, it should automatically restore all your apps and music ect. then you should be able to sync what ever u want again the problembeing is u probanlypicked up a virus or something on your I-pod

New ipod apps don't work

this usually the case with some high graphics apps, or poorly designed/ uploaded apps, you may want to consider leaving your ipod to charge for a while, or consider the apps you download, because they may not be compatible to an ipod, or your software. (If you haven't already, look for the new ipod touch software update, for $10.00) check this out:
http://www.apple.com/ipodtouch/softwareupdate.html
This might also be caused from altering your factory settings, try restoring the ipod, again, (make sure to back up all your ipod files)

Apps that cut off

Try rebooting your iPod touch by holding down both the sleep/wake and home buttons at the same time for 10 seconds. Should come back with an Apple logo.

The reason for this is that your iPod, like a computer, can start to run low on memory.

Another solution is, if you recently upgraded to OS 3.0, some applications might not be compatible yet. You can either wait for an update from the developer, or check if there's any current updates for the apps that don't open.
