Hello! You can turn on call forwarding by pressing 72# then wait until you hear the two tones and dial your number that you wish to send the calls to and then hang up the phone. The two tones signal that it has understood your command and is putting the line into forward mode.

To turn off cal fowarding, press 73# and wait again for the two tones and hang up.

Please switch on the phone .then you can see it flashing .suddenly press * and along press switchon button.if not working your phone's flash IC is complaint. Repair or change the flash Ic

there is probably a problem with the contacts from the home button to the actual phone... okay get ready this is going to be long haha

take out the screws from the bottom of the phone,
put a suctioncup on the glass of the phone and pullup,
the screen will separate from the body,
you can then see the home button from underneath,
check the contacts on that and the phone,
if they look fine then put it back,
still doesnt work?
replace it, buy an iphone home button off ebay and replace it on the phone.

You can try powering it off, remove the battery, and then back on. You can also try to do a master reset or a reset settings. If this doesn't work than it is a device issue and you would need to contact your provider about your replacement options.

if your phone not openning..... take the screw driver and open it manually your self

Please call your operator's customer care, give them all details like phone model/IMIE etc and they should provide you PUK code.

the phone's firmware have to be reflash, this will correct the problem.

if you have forgot lg's default code then it is"00000".
or if you have set your own code then visit lg care center.
