Your Nintendo Wii may need to be replaced as I assume the Nintendo warranty has run out.
However, please try this first:
Unplug all the plugs from the back of the Wii and wait at least 10 minutes and then plug them all back in again and try loading a game again.
Almost every Wii problem can be solved with a few troubleshooting techniques. The first of which is to unplug the power cord from both the power outlet and your Wii console. This is a particularly useful fix when the following error message appears on-screen: 'Error Occurred. Press the Eject button and remove the disc. Turn the power off and follow the instructions in the console manual' Also, check the disc to see if it is dirty or scratched. Even if it isn't, clean it with a warm, damp rag. If you are having trouble with your Wii remote, check the battery level by pressing the 'home' key on the front of the Wii remote. The 'home' key has a symbol of a small house and brings up a menu that shows the battery level of your Wii remotes. If the battery level on your Wii remote is fine, hold down the sync buttons on both the Wii console and Wii remote. The sync button on the Wii console is located underneath the plastic flap on the front (just below the power button) and the sync button on the Wii remote is located under the battery cover (just above the batteries.) Both buttons are red and have the word 'sync' on them, so they should be fairly easy to find. Hold both buttons for about five seconds or until the 4 lights on the Wii remote flash. Wait a couple seconds and your Wii remote should be re-synced.
Put four AA batteries into the battery housing located on the underside of the Wii Balance Board.
Insert a Wii Balance Board compatible game into the Wii system.
Select the "Disc Channel" on the screen with the Wii remote, and choose "Start."
Open the SD card slot to reveal a sync button on the Wii system. This is located behind a cover under the power and eject buttons.
Turn the Wii Balance Board upside down.
Remove the battery cover under the balance board to reveal another sync button.
Pres the sync button on the balance board, then press the sync button on the Wii. Do not hold down the buttons. You know it is synchronized when the blue light on the Wii Balance Board stays steady
Place the board on a flat surface directly in front of the TV. Face the power button away from the TV.
Error Occurred. Press the Eject button and remove the disc.
Turn the power off and follow the instructions in the console manual.
First turn the Wii console power OFF, and remove the AC
adapter's AC plug from the power socket. Next, check whether the disc is dirty
or scratched. If it is dirty, gently wipe with a soft cloth from the center to
the outside. Wait about 5 minutes. Then plug the AC adapter's AC plug back into
the power socket and turn the console power on.If the same message still appears, the Wii console may be damaged. Turn
the Wii console off immediately.

The following fix should help users who do have problems with some virtual console games for the NintendoWii that display only a black screen after starting them while the sound remains normal. This does not work in all occasions but should work if you get the Wii menu when you press Home and works only for games that received an update for the interlaced mode.
Try out the following to see if this fixes the issue. Start the game normally until you see the black screen. Connect the Nunchuck to the Wiimote and press Home to see the menu options. Now press A + 2 + Z together which should result in a short “ping-like” sound.
This should have activated the interlaced mode. Leave the menu and you should see the normal game screen and not the black screen anymore. To change the mode again press A + 1 + Z using the same method as above
